Dear Sir,

With reference to the above-mentioned subject, we wish to put on record that as per tender drawing there is no solid block wall below tie beam of Compound wall. However, standard procedure of construction and industry common practices solid block wall must be beneath of Compound wall tie beam as said wall is in property line.

Any excavation of adjacent plot in future will drain out sand from inside plot area which will create threat of structure stability, settlement and uneven surface.

We shall submit detailed cost and time implication in due course.
