Subject:          The Engineer instruction to suspension of roof slab casting.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above-mentioned subject, we wish to put on record that casting of roof slab has been suspended as per your instruction (email attached). However, casting of roof slab was scheduled for today evening at 5:00 PM and the same were notified you accordingly (email copy attached).

We also want highlight that, we have completed roof slab shuttering, reinforcement and MEP work as per approved drawing and your confirmation (email attached), the same has approved by your good self and the DDA inspector.

Furthermore, Casting of roof slab are in critical and longest path of the project approved baseline. Hence, any delay in casting of roof slab will have direct impact on the project completion date.

We reserve our right to claim extension of time and associate cost pursuant to sub-clause 44.1 (b), (d) and 53.1of Condition of Contract. This notification is being send pursuant to sub-clause 6.3 and 6.4 of Condition od Contract.
