Subject          :Regarding submittal for Gymnasium layout issued on 17-07-xxx and your ref no: AP/269/CC/60 and our approved DM drawing dtd on 31.05.xxx and your ref no: AP/269/CC/55.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we would like to inform you that your Gymnasium layout provided on 17/07/xxx ref no: AP/269/CC/58 dtd: 09-07-xxx, there is a discrepancy with our DM approved drawing.

The floor plan and Gymnasium layout not matching with the DM approved issued on 31.05.2017 as we have electrical room inside the Gymnasium area which is not shown in your Gymnasium layout.

So, kindly review the attached document and advise accordingly.
