Approve extension of time request and our      serious concern

      Subject          : Regarding continues follow up to approve extension of time request and our      serious concern.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that original completion was in January 2017 and we are continuously submitting the extension of time request since 16/04/xxx more than 18months and no concrete decision has been delivered till date and kindly note the following.

     1. The contractor is suffering financially due to non-granting the project extension time till date because of negative impact on the project expenses.

            2.  The contractor bearing the additional running costs and because of that facing severe financial issues.

            3.  The initial issues related shoring contractor appointed by client and dewatering contractor initiating the legal action and the Chirag Contractor will face the legal consequences and employer is responsible for the same.

           We are attaching our follow up from 16-04-2016 to 15-07-2017 for your reference and attachments chronologically . That the contractor rights under hold by the relevant stake holder.

So, the attached documents are self-explanatory and main contractor not responsible for further delay of the project and will not be responsible for further delay of any site activities due to resources issue at site due to project prolong duration and availability now.

Kindly note that the variation in the time and cost also not approved, which is effecting our progress at site will lead more delay in the project completion.
