Dear Mr.Vijay and Mr.Anthony,

As you are aware that we are planning to proceed for DCD Inspection and collecting the needful documents for said purpose from all the Sub-Contractors.

So, in the continuation of our telephonic conversation you are hereby requested to provide us supply, warranty and Installation certificates of all Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting system for documentation purpose.

However, the DCD inspection will be initiated after Eid Holidays and 25^th June 2018 will be reserved as date of inspection. So that M/s BMTS will be able to finish its pending activities including Testing and Commissioning.
