Reminder for the signing the contract, submit invoice and shop drawing

Subject            : Reminder for the signing the contract, submit invoice and shop drawing.

Dear Mr. xxx ,

             With reference to above and our continuous follow up to sign the contract and provide the copy of the same including main contractor terms & condition as well as submit the shop drawing immediately but you did not provide the same till date.

Furthermore while be called  you informed  that you are not agree with the terms& conditions provide by the client and  in this case  you suppose to communicate with us  which has not been intimated and  you created arbitrary  delay which could have been avoided.

So kindly do needful immediately and replay /provide contract document by today or tomorrow maximum.
