Subject :Regarding your intimation on telephonic conversation that client is revising the scope/specification and delay to signing the Terms & Conditions as well as shop drawing.
Dear Sir,
With reference to above we are hereby intimating that all our follow up have no result till date and you are always having excuse and development and because of that till date we don’t have the approved drawing of CCTV Dubai Police.
Furthermore we intimated firmly to provide the shop drawing and sign the Terms and Conditions as well as your advance invoice including Guarantee/Warrantee for the advance payment. But your replay on telephonic conversation that your scope/specification is not finalized by the client and everything you are intimating verbally and not replaying in writing.
So, you will be solely responsible for the delay or any financial consequences after 1st jan xxx. As well as if any change required in the approved drawing by Dubai Police the xxx will be solely responsible because you are delaying the drawing submission and not updating us in writing that why are the changes happening after nomination and with whose instruction and you are hiding the fact.
Kindly update the issue as well as for your record for any further consequences and the ownership of the risk.
