With reference to above we would like to inform you that, we are following up on regular basis for drawing submission and you verbally that our employer revising you specification which is holding your drawing preparation and submittal as well as you are not signing the terms and conditions which we are attaching again herewith.

Kindly update us in formal manner related to your issue. Since we are following up and no written replay from your end to validate your statement for change or valid reason in the drawing submission.

This is for your kind information that you will be responsible for any rework due to delay in the drawing approval.
