Dear Madam. xxx,

With reference above, we are hereby intimating you that we are not receiving the material as it was communicated and because of that we are not just delaying the sill stone and threshold fixing but also other successive activities being delayed.

Furthermore, for all the remaining deliveries, kindly provide us the floor-wise marking and separate batch and packing to avoid confusion occurred before, which delayed our work.

So this is for your kind notice that our project is delayed for non-supply of materials and lack in coordination. Kindly send all the material and take the balance measurements immediately.
