Dear Sir,
We are hereby informing you that consultant letter ref no: AP/26/CC/413 dtd 26th August 2017 is self-explanatory that without approval of the material approval and samples as well as method of statement you are not allowed to execute the work because the consultant held responsible for all contractual obligation
Furthermore also provide Performa of your guaranty/ warranty certificate along with other documents.
Meantime you started the work without helding the safety induction and training which is mandatory for Dubai Municipality and we must have the copy of agreement at site as a proof which required during the investigation by DM for any incident /unforeseen event.
So, kindly follow the instruction and do the needful.
