Subject: Cost Estimation for Removal of the Debris for S.S. xxx and required immediate permission for removal of the same as per DM instruction
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above mentioned subject, herewith we’re submitting the Cost Estimation for Removal of the Debris from Basement-II Area which supposed to be clean or removed by S.S. Lootah Shoring Contractor as described below:
- Collection of the debris from the shoring line located at north and west side.
- Loading the debris in tower crane bucket.
- Offloading the same at ground floor level.
- Loading to the truck by the boom loader or shovel.
- Disposed of to DM dumping site with fee.
Our lump sum cost AED 4500.00 (Four Thousand Five Hundred Dirhams Only).
Please Note that this is the deductible claim from the third party (M/s S.S Lootah Shoring Contractor) to be paid directly to the M/s Chirag Contracting L.L.C., because of this it will not be consider in the category of the variation.
So kindly approved the same and allow us to clean the area to follow up DM Instruction Delivered on the spot formally to keep good housekeeping as well as we need to clear the shoring area for guniting work.
