With reference to the above, even though you have not attended the meeting as per our request we have received the commented copy of swimming pool shop drawings from the consultant (attached cover sheet) as well as we also attached structural drawings for drop beams location at pool deck slab to consider the obstruction for circulation.

Kindly collect the hardcopy from our site office and comply for the same at the earliest as well we welcome you to have meeting and your site organization chart to whom we can follow and address the communication.
