Dear Sir,

With regards to the subject we need inform you that we need to close all the OTS and all Openings in the Lower Roof . Nothing is going on at Gymnasium Area for AC work.

Meantime we would like to inform you that there is the ceiling at the Gymnasium Area, so you need to coordinate with our Project Engr. at site regarding this matter.

So kindly finish all the necessary  works related in your side to us to proceed our work also.

In this regards your cooperation is highly appreciated, you have less manpower and the basic reason.

This is very urgent issue, so please do the needful.
