Subject: To provide the meetings held between the consultant and M/s xxx or any instructions directly by the client to change the design of partition for our project

Dear Mam,

With reference to the above, as we submitted our claim for extension of time and cost and we received the reply from the consultant that, they have not changed any specification or did not deliver any specific instruction to increase the acoustic value and kindly reply in line of the following points:

1. The client inform us that, they were ready to accept the laboratory test design for dB’s along with the tolerance But we submitted many proposals which was not instructed by the client.

• The Consultant now blaming to the Contractor that, all the meeting held between M/s Gypsemna and client and the consultant are not being part of these meetings or not instructed anything.

• The Entire discussion of 4 months, the total blame came to the Contractor  and they are denying the  fact for all discussion and due to this you have many communication or instructions with you to explain the entire changes and discussions.

So, kindly update us with the fact and instruction in writing if you have from the consultant.
