Dear Sir

With reference to the above mentioned subject. As per the previous drawings we completed work of substation and we submitted same drawing with minor modification. But it is also reviewed by DEWA and we are waiting for final approval and release. But there is no major change in trench layout only. We shown the column offset and 10 cm difference in dimension.

So, we are requesting to you please submit our request to DEWA for the first inspection and any comments either he will approve or he will give the comments and that is good for us. If any comments are there or if he will approve or he may approve and expect of substation.

So, please do the needful action immediately.
