Dear xxx,

 you are at site for a month and kindly note the following

1. We selected you on the basis of your experience in UAE as Project Engineer and we assigned many duties and you are simply coming and going from site without any technical work.
2. I assigned the work to you, for engineers and sub-contractors to take command as site engineer and there is no attention and intension from your side.
3. I had more than 5 times co-ordinal meeting with you to explain your duties and reporting even after that you did not move to the site.
4. I also tried to check your technical knowledge to give variation in drawings but there is no response from your side from past 3 days.
5. I don’t see expression/intention on your face and you are sitting calmly without any discussion with anyone or in reviewing the drawing.

So, finally I would like to report you to head office from tomorrow.
