With reference above mentioned subject, the contract documents has been collected from our site office since long before and until now we do not received contract documents back to us with stamped and signature.
Please note that you will be solely responsible for the delay in signing the agreement hence kindly inform us the reason why the agreement is not signed. Also note that we need the agreement copy after signing including shop drawing as well as the program of work.
