Dear Mr. xxx,

As I have mentioned during our meeting on 7^th September xxx, there are area which needs your immediate attention.

1. The other subcontractors are removing the ceiling tiles and not replacing it after their work is finished. This is disturbing and delaying our completion process where we have to rework on all these when there is an inspection.
2. There are sanitary wares and tiles broken inside the pod when they are chipping the concrete above without protecting the floors, sanitary and other accessories inside and outside the pod.
3. The Firewalls are been damaged in certain areas by other subcontractors which is not acceptable because it is critical and sensitive areas.
4. We noticed at site that the temporary doors are been removed from the pods to prepare a store.

xxx cannot be hold response for any such damages and we recommend further action to be taken for the same damages. We appreciate if you can give a site instruction about the same to all involved so that necessary action been taken to avoid these scenarios in the future.
