Dear Mr. xxx,

As per our telephonic conversation regarding the lights for the Plot 001- Block 3, Block 2, Block 1, can you please arrange lights from xxx so that we can start fixing these lights in the Pods and finish to handover at the earliest. I have people at site to do the same.  

We really appreciate for the support and we promise to return the collected pieces of lights as soon as we receive the shipments from the specified supplier (xxx).
