Dear Mr. Jamal,

Please find the attached pictures showing our pods are damaged by others at site. There were no protections used by other before preceding their works. Please instruct other Subcontractors to take care of the bathrooms when they work above/in the pod. These damages are accruing because of the ignorance and lack of guidance on how to protect others work during their work.

We hope you will take necessary action to control the situation and will record these damages to avoid situations during handover.
