Subject                                 : Missing Unipods Tile Adhesive from site

Dear Mr. xxx,

We want your immediate and serious attention on the xxx Materials missing from site. We have Tiles, Adhesive and grouts in every pod we are sending so as to tile the unfinished pods.

But today it came into our attention that other than our people at site are using our adhesive for tiling and finishing other areas. All these bathrooms are locked and secured by xxx Engineering and this is disappointing and not acceptable that our materials are used without our permission and information.

We are currently missing around 48 bags of tile adhesive from different areas. So we want your immediate action and instruction to the site to stop immediately using Unipods materials and also to replace the bags which they had consumed so far.
