Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, we are here by requesting to provide the sample for the floor finishing for the following area.

1. We need rubber floor approved sample for gym room to establish our screed leval top.
2. We also required the carpet sample for the prayer room  to complete the screed work at prayer room floor.

So, this is for your kind information that we have the programe to remove the passenger hoist and tower crane as we have  to complete the screed before to remove the crainage facility.
