Subject        : Regarding Roof Waterproofing NCR 062 – Foam Concrete on Upper and Lower Roof Disapproval

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to request you to approve the shop drawing for slope being submitted along with this letter and kindly note the following:

1. Because of the time constraint, we did not kept the waiting time for surface preparation and foam concrete execution but we are assuring that we cleaned the surface and after that we started the foam concrete as photos attached.
2. For the foam concrete approved chemicals, the approval was DAREX-4 and we used ADVA Foam concrete which is equivalent and the density achieved as per the test report from the laboratory which found satisfactory and less than 600 kg/cum which comply our specifications of the project.
3. The rain water slope and the rain intensity, local authority requirement 1% minimum and our slope is more than 1% with two (2) numbers of rain water outlet which is more than the specifications as per small area.

So kindly approve the shop drawing and NCR close report submitted as well as we are requesting for the inspection of the membrane waterproofing and water test.
