Subject: Regarding to release draft contract document for M/s xxx Center
Dear Sir,
With refernce to the above, we already isused the LPO to M/s xxx center , but you did not release the draft contract document copy to sign the agreement between Main contractor and subcontractor .
Furthermore, as we received the submittal from M/s Home center with logo of “SGF”, (“SGF”company have license in RAK) , so we need NOC or authorization from Citymax through Arkiplan endorsement that “SGF” is appropriate entity . But here at project they are attached with Home Center and within the control of the M/s Home center directly and indirectly in all respect.
