Dear Sir,

With reference to above mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that we are  facing always  issues by receiving the tile without any information and detail and

Kindly note the following.

1. The tile which is received on 27^th August 2017proving any details of the tile and because of that we received 686sqm (12 Pilate additional tile) which cost us offloading charges additional and covered our valuable space.
2. On dated 27^th August 2017 we received  at 3pm as we hired the equipment  from morning so, half day rental charges AED 500 paid idle equipment that need to be re embraced by Citymax(client)
3. 30^th August 2017   today morning  these are the two containers parked at our site and we want to inform that we have no information for these containers and we will not offload without receiving the consignment detail and confirmation that these container have tile our site requirement.

 This is for your kind information for our equipment charges and provide required details for the current consignment.
