Subject : Regarding Client Interior Informal Inspection on 26th Aug. 2017 for Vanity Counter and Instruction to Modify the Counter
Dear Sir,
With reference to above mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that the Client visited at the Mock Up Room located at 2nd Flr. with their ID Representative to inspect the counter fixed by DONOFLEX Sub- Contractor as well as another discussion along with the counter Sub-contractor on the 29th Aug. 2017 and kindly note the following for the updated status and instructions:
1. During the inspection on Aug. 26th , 2017, client didn’t not approved the fixed sample due to the PVC curb tile corner and the straight counter edge line connection.
2. As per the instruction of the client we called the subcontractor to arrange the meeting with the client’s ID and it was happened on Aug. 29, 2017.
The client instructed to the subcontractor to fixed another sample by keeping the counter line inside the PVC corner and the counter subcontractor modified the counter sample by reducing the counter width located Mock up unit 5 and in Mock up unit 6 they finished the counter line as per approved drawing with filling of silicon as per instruction by the client.
3. The both samples are completed on Aug. 30, 2017 and ready for the inspection .
So, this is the update status for the counter approval and subcontractor can’t take the sizes for all bathroom counter in 2nd Flr. until the final decision have not been taken by Client the main contractor is awaiting for the further instruction/ decision.
