Subject : Work Certification for the month of March xxxx
Dear Mr. Chen,
This is to put on record that our certification for the month of March xxx which was due on the 15th of April xxx in accordance with the Subcontract Agreement, is still not received and is now delayed by two weeks.
We also raise again a serious concern that the transport detention charges included in previous payment applications, resulting from the inability of the site to offload the delivered trailers, are still not certified. The total cumulative amount is AED xxx.
Furthermore, as highlighted in our previous emails of 26th March xxx and 12th March xxx (copies attached), the unjustified short certification of 5% on our payment application is still ongoing which is not in line with the term of our Subcontract Agreement, and we request that this be adjusted on the next certification.
We kindly request that you release the payment certificate on an urgent basis with the necessary inclusion of the above.
