Subject: – Update of the substation works

Dear Sir,

With the reference to the above mentioned subject, the DEWA comments issued officially have no impact on substation approval and we re-applied already. But the major issue is what DEWA Explained to us works (Verbally). Kindly notes the followings.

1. DEWA verbal information that LV panel needs to be fixed and photo to be sending to DEWA, we requested to client to release the payment to the supplier for LV panel.
2. DEWA have issue of the tower crane which is partially located in Front of the substation. We will be approach for the meeting with DEWA after installation of the LV Panel.
