Subject           : Regarding the tile corner sample approval issue and update

Dear Sir,

With reference to above subject, we tried our level best to match the color of PVC tile trim with the toilet wall tile for typical floor toilets and we would like you to inform the following:

1. We could not source out the PVC tile corner with the matching color from any source up to now.

• As per your instruction we visited the very specialized supplier to enquire for the production as per our requirement and they intimated the following:
• They can produce  PVC tile corner  which the color  will be very close to the tile color
• The minimum quantity  4000 pcs and each piece is 2.40m to 3m
• Sample can be produce after order confirmation and advance
• The minimum time required is 4 weeks

• We alsocollected 2 samples as options to review and same has been handed over to client ID team dated 23.05.17 for the review and comment.

So, this if for your kind information that mock-up room toilet wall tile can not be started until the decision of the tile corner will not be taken and to order or procure the material for the project.
