1. As our client purchased before the sanitary wares item from your company for our project and they also informed us verbally  that you are nominated to supply the balance sanitary ware item for our project.(We don’t have any formal nomination letter from the consultant or client ).
2. We are providing the list of the balance item in our attached list that which is self-explanatory to highlight the balance item to be supplied.
3. We are approaching the based on verbal information and we are not instructing you to take any action or supply the material without confirmation from our employer M/S citymax.
