Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that same has been intimated to you while returning back your shop drawings with comments and verbal discussion with Mr.xxx for the following:

1. The Main Contractor will construct, the pressure breaking manhole and foundation in pump room.
2. There is a one water supply point and cable with isolator will be provided by main contractor.
3. Rest of the MEP work related swimming pool equipment, electrical and water supply work will be carried out by the pool subcont5ractor and wherever you mentioned in the shop drawing” by others” will be carried out by the pool subcontractor only.
4. The water supply line and drainage system inside the pump room is totally the scope of pool subcontractor and pool drainage upto the pressure breaking manhole will be carried out by the pool subcontractor including other internal water supply from supply point, is purely part of pool contractor’s scope.

The Main contractor will carry out, the scope which is mentioned in the agreement only and all the comments mentioned in the drawing “By others or Main contractor” are not main contractor’s scope.
