Subject : Regarding submission of variation order 15 details for Wall tile, floor tile and skiriting for Basement-02, Ground floor, First floor, lower roof and upper roof
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, we are submitting the variation detail for Floor, Wall and Skiriting separately and we would like to intimate you the following:
1) The variation for the Tile and Skiriting work are calculated based on tender drawings and Consultant issued attendum-02 (01-06.2016) drawing and ID drawing.
2) The variation for the wall tile, floor tile and skiriting as per your finishing schedule in Volume 11, Section A – 2 of 2 under General and particular specifications and revised finishing schedule issued on 23.11.16 with ref no: AP/269/CC/33.
3) Variation summary for Basement-02, Ground floor, First floor, lower roof and upper roof.
4) a) Our variation amount is AED 16,165.00 as per attached documents and calculation sheet page 01 to 127
b) The variation up to 13th floor level and others area excluding 14th floor as finishing schedule is not available for revised drawing issued on 15th February 2017 vide your letter communication reference AP/269/CC/242
So, kindly review, analize and approve our variation the details calculation with others supporting documents from page 01 to 127 attached herewith.
