Subject         : Regarding PT drawing for 14^th floor and roof and upper roof that issued by DM with Bldg Permit  xxx

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to acknowledge that the revised PT drawing received from your office, kindly note the following:

1. We are starting the work at 14^th floor slab level as per new drawing which was under hold due

to drawing from long time.

• This drawing was delayed  to submit to DM due to change initiated at 16^th slab and delay in nomination at pool subcontractor as well as the issue of Gas Tank location/Upper roof, lower roof as per civil defense required.
• The new building permit have following notes  from DM on it:
• Completion of approval for (DCD) darwings through the electronic system  (website) before execution (before slab casting)
• Cancelation of exceptions for incorrect transaction numbers 1-2-135382 & 1-2-241570

(before issuing of execution certification.

• Obtaining (DCD) approval
• Review before paving
• Obatining approval from Dubai Police Safety System before BCC
• The 14^th floor revised drawing finishing  schedule not  yet  provided same  fromy your office/  ID to analyze the impact/variation to submit to your office for your approval / procurement of  the material

So, kindly review the notes  from building permit and “note no. one” must be complied before slab casting related DCD drawing to be address before the slab.

Meantime, other impact scope, cost and schedule will be analyze.
