Subject           : Regarding submission of the PT design drawing for 14th floor and lower roof (our letter ref no:CC/AP/258/16  DT.28.01.17 & CC/AP/191/16 DT.24.11.16

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we would like to inform you the following for the submission of PT drawing for floor no.14 and lower roof at pool area :

1. To design the slab for floor no. 14 ,still we are waiting for the reply of our letter ref no:CC/AP/258/16 DT.28.01.17 to issue the revised drawing for the floor plan including cutout position and size for the proposed change at gym, prayer room and male/female change room area etc.

       These change instructions are required with the drawings to provide our PT subcontractor to design the slab and change instructions.

• As Chirag contracting has informed in the meeting which held on dated 06.02.17 for the pump room area at swimming pool as per verbal instruction to go ahead as per   proposed plan by pool subcontractor.

       We are ready with the drawing to submit to the PT sub-contractor for design but we cannot submit the same since we required the final decision for the slab of floor no.14, because PT engineer will not take partial submission.

So, this is for your kind information that we are waiting your final instructions for the changes with revised drawings.
