Dear Mr. xxx,

In reference to your letter regarding the schedule of payment (Percentage), we studied your proposal and respond as follows,

During the coming 4 weeks we will have only 3 scenarios in the delivery of pods.

  1. Finished Pods: These are easy to invoice so the full value will be claimed.
  2. Finished Pods without Door: AED 1200/- will be vomited from our payment application and will be invoiced later when doors are installed.
  3. Unfinished Pod (Not tiled and fitted): 60 % of the pod value will be claimed and the balance 40% will be claimed after finishing the pods.

By return please confirm the above so that we can proceed with the invoicing accordingly.

As for the uninstalled ceilings in the delivered pods, as you know these are requested from your side and the materials are already delivered with the pods. Installing the ceiling on site will cost Unipods much more than installing in the factory. Accordingly we seek your approval on claiming and certifying the full value of the ceiling.
