Dear Mr. Raza,

Further to your NCR dated xxx, ref no: xxx, we would like to bring into your attention that we have completed the snagging in flats-3,4,9 and 11 at Block-3, Level-3 and Consultant inspection is also completed for these flats. We are proceeding with the snagging after the confirmation from all related subcontractors, so that these type of damages may not happen after the snagging and de-snagging is done. This was already discussed with you and in various meetings held earlier. These damages will lead to reworks in finished pods and rectification of these damages will have cost implication which will be forwarded to you at the earliest. Kindly please make sure that the clearance to proceed with the de-snagging is provided to us after the works of subcontractors are completed and tested. We will be submitting the cost implication for all the pods which is damaged after snagging is completed and rectification of these pods will be done once the variation is approved.

So we request you to kindly issue the NCR for the related subcontractor who has damaged our pods and close this NCR issued to us by approving our variation.

Attached with this letter please find the Site clearance documents, signed handing over check sheet, Mimar inspection report for the above mentioned flats for your reference.
