                     And other delay notice.    

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, we would like to inform you that no any extension of the time has been granted till date and kindly note the followings.

1. Our request for the time extension on dtd 16.4.2016 ref CC/AP/50/16 has not been reviewed based on the proof provided as intimated during progress of the work timely and issues pending since last 14 month (Contractor  legitimates rights being denied till date)

 (Documents attachment no A. page 1 to 4) 

• Our Submission ref-CC/AP/290/17 dtd 18.2.2017 hasbeen replied on dtd 1.5.2017 ref AP/269/CC/323 We are not accepting since you replied without reviewing our documents attached and you denied the fact attached without claimand we are expecting fair and square review.

(Our claim is still needs to review based on documents and we are not accepting you’re denied /dis approval).

• We are submitting updated impacted baseline program with following attachment.

1. Primavera impact analysis hard and Soft copy total page 1/14 to 14/14 (Documents attachment no B )
2. Concurrent delay matrix in accordance with Approved baseline program  hard and soft copy total page 1 to 10

(Documents attachment no B.1)

• Summarize chronological communication for total issues nos 1 to 10 total pages 1 to 239 for all issues  nos 1 to 10                    

                      (Documents attachment no C)

Conclusion:-

1. we would like to put your kind notice that review all our submission for our claim to grant extension of the time to project completion and our kind request that we will not accept the blame of the project delay or penalty if our claim will not be finalize and granted.
2. Our request to grant the extension of time as contractor can’t work under risk of penalty and we will not take ownership of delay (Risk owner).
3. There are many serious other impact which may lead the legal consequences may raise by the sub-contractor if our extension of time not granted.
