Dear Sir,

With reference to above subject, as you have been approved previously the BusBar

Submittal (DORMAN SMITH), now we would like to request you that because of some internal issue, we couldn’t place order to them and how concern as mentioned below have.

We checked with the previous approved supplier and they require minimum 12 weeks to deliver material and as per the project current status we required the BusBar immediately or they will manage partial supply in air freight with additional cost.

So, we source out the equivalent BusBar supplier which is Dorman Smith made in UK and equivalent they are ready to supply within 10-15 days to avoid further delay and expensive mode off delivery.

Kindly, review our submittal and consider our request for early supply of the BusBar which is very much required and equivalent supply Dorman Smith to avoid further delay and to avoid expensive mode of transportation charges.

 The new supplier  have material available with the confirmation and supply within 10 to 15 days because we need to complete high level work at ground floor and first floor to clear the clearance for interior sub-contractor.
