Dear Sir,

With reference to above ,we are submitting DM circular which is in Arabic issued on dated 04.04.16 with ref no:812/02/02/1/1604728 for insulation for beam and column in elevation.

Our understanding that DM has  stopped polystyrene insulation to reduce the risk of the fire as well as the cracks in the elevation after plastering and they suggested many methods which is written in second half of the paper.

So, kindly make full understanding of this circular and any other update by DM for external insulation as well as we are holding our submission for external insulation till your further instruction.
