Subject              :   Regarding Execution outside RMU room to cut the steel beam and encounter the huge concrete.

Dear sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject,  as per the undertaking letter by M/S xxx to remove all the temporary work during the shoring work. As we are in process to hand over the RMU room, we have done the excavation to clear the trench area and encounter the massive guide wall concrete, which we suspect that this concrete is at  full length of the Project boundary at front side.

Kindly note that during the service connection  either it is Telephone, DEWA, or Drainage, they will not accept the concrete in corridor. This is the responsibility of M/S S.S.LOOTAH
