Dear Sir,
With reference to the above-mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that we are in receipt of following Kitchen Cabinet/Counter and Sanitary ware and Fixtures quotation from you via whatsapp.
- Kitchen Cabinet/Counter – M/s. Bespoke and Concept Kitchen LLC AED 129,183.00
- Sanitary Ware and Fixtures – M/s. Sensi Trading LLC AED 169,253.00
We request you to sign and approve both the Quotation and send to us to facilitate LPO and Subcontractor agreement.
Please note that, block works for Ground and First floor almost completed. MEP provision for kitchen cabinet/counter must be kept before plastering works also concealed sanitary ware must be installed before plastering works.
The Contractor cannot be hold responsible for any rework in future in absence of Nomination/approved quotation of subcontractor/supplier. The contractor reserves its right to claim time and cost implication incurred in future.
