Dear Sir,
With reference to above we are hereby informing that as per your drawing provided previously we are already fix the conduit and wire as described below
1) In elevation no: 1 and 2 the wiring and conduting is completed, kindly visit and verify
2) Elevation no: 3 and 4 the conduting is completed and wiring will be pulled in within a week
3) We are unable to understand for the mail content and during your site visit on dated 11/03/18 you were discussing for low voltage wiring and this were not intimated before
So, kindly provide your requirement in writing on drawing and location to intimate our client for the variation work and their approval
