Subject            : Regarding nomination of RMU and Substation Aluminium door and Louver Window (Part of P.S item)

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, initially the aluminium subcontractor was not nominated for P.S item and it was instructed by client to the Main Contractor to provide the quotation for RMU and substation by creating lead time to execute RMU/ substation work for DEWA inspection.

Furthermore, initially we enquired Chirag Aluminium and glass subcontractor but Chirag Aluminium Subcontractor has refused to execute the same work for their own reason and cost which is offered by client.

Now, M/s Metalu is in board and we instructed to provide the quotation and they provided the final quotation which is attached herewith ,along with other quotation (copy attached) for your comparision and approval.
