Dear Sir,

With reference to above, as per the meeting discussion held between Main contractor, pool subcontractor and client representative Mr.xxx, We are updating the discussion below:

5	Main contractor has intimated pool subcontractor that sleeves to be designed in all the beams due to the depth of the beam concern	M/s United Technology
6	Main contractor has intimated the pool subcontractor for the heat and pool pump that should not be placed in front of the staircase exit door and we have supported the location for cross check	M/s United Technology
7	Main contractor has intimated pool subcontractor to provide signed approved quotation copy.	M/s United Technology
8	Client representative Mr.John have intimated to pool subcontractor to provide the drawings at the earliest on Tuesday.	M/s United Technology

10	Contact numbers  of concerned person named Mr.Ramlal (Project manager) and Mr. Rakesh(Mep Engineer) are given and requested for organization chart by the Main contractor for any further assistance	M/s United Technology
