Subject : Reminder for the Mock up room material agreed to supply by the client which is still awaited
Dear Sir,
With reference to above, we would like to inform you that further activity in toilet cannot be proceeded for the successor activities and kindly note the following issues:

| 4 | Heating pad mirror issue power point | Heating pad mirror is not the main contractor’s scope. Clients need to decide and required engineers instructions. |
| 5 | Window sil stone Requirement in RCP drawing –A402, A403,A404, A405. | We are submitting the sample to finalized by ID(Communicated before to ID to provide the details) |
| 6 | Marble Threshold-not submitted | Required approval |
| 7 | WC water tank top | WC Tank top finishage not finalized, not available in ID details |

| 9 | Doors LPO issue LPO cannot be prepared because of the discrepancy for fire rating and quantity | The discrepancy in the LPO is highlighted- the quantity is not as per project drawing (less quantity quoted by subcontractor) and fire rating is not as per civil defense approved drawing. |
| 10 | Accessories and lights –reading lamp or room signage light missing in nomination for mock up | Hair drier, soap dispenser tissue dispensers not in main contractor’s scope , client need to decide |
| 11 | Water proofing at shower area | Client should decide whether the waterproofing at shower area required or not ,required engineers instruction |
