Our concern for the LPO terms and conditions which is received from M/s xxx

Subject: Our concern for the LPO terms and conditions which is received from M/s xxx with ref no.xxx dated xxx and also our letter ref no. CC/vin/1610 DATED 16.10.16
Dear Sir,
With reference to above mentioned subject, we have the following concern for some points which is mentioned below and we need your response immediately after your review:
- Your point no.2.c ,5% shall be released after two years from the date of TOC and DLP is 730 days as per the clause 49.1 (attached for your reference).
2) Your point no.4, you are required to resubmit or prepare drawings within 21 days which must be agree by the client as well, we will not agree such long period
3) Your point no.6 ,Chirag Contracting will provide the water supply for testing, but required pumps and accessories should be arranged by M/s Metalu.
4) Your point no.7 , Shop drawing need to submitted as per latest version of drawing that will be released by consultant needs to be collected prior to making any shop drawings.
5) Your point no.10 , As per Metalu, Warrantee is 1 year for machines which is not accepted by Chirag Contracting, we need 730 days from TOC.(DLP 730 days)
6)Your Point no.11, Shop drawing need to submitted as per latest version of drawing that will be released by consultant needs to be collected prior to making any shop drawings.
7)Your point no.13, No work shall be hold for the variation approval and should be evaluated by the consultant and approved by client.
So, I kindly request you to response immediately to proceed further to prepare LPO.
