Subject : Regarding Kicthen sub contractor visit at site and work carried out as per advance copy issued from your office.
Dear Sir,
We are hereby informing you that Emirated Kitchen nominated sub contractor for our project has been visited at our project site on dtd 28-08-2017 at the entire area for the ground and 1st floor kitchen and kindly note the following.
- The kitchen sub contractor proposed drawing have points at window side which cannot be fix since there is no wall and we fix the MEP points as per advance copy if any change we will claim the variation.
- Kicthen sub contractor should discuss with ID for MEP point location and requirement after visiting the site/ to be cleared by client.
- At ground floor electrical roomlocated at back side near generator room, the external wall Kicthen have the proposed sink and with water supply line but no water supply line allowed to fix at electric room wall kindly discuss with ID/to be relocated.
- The ID sub contractor query for the ID finishes kindly provide the latest updated ID specification /finishing concept and detail in plan and elevation because the latest updated drawing can be issued by client as we have the concept drawing issued in last year in the month of December.
- We also instructed the kitchen sub contractor to visit all area and take physical measurement prior to submit any drawings for their scope and we will not be responsible for any discrepancy in future for wrong fabrication or delivery.
So, this is for your kind information that we are intimating that the kitchen area at ground and first floor under hold since long time and we will compare the approved shop drawing with work carried out as per the advance copy and intimate accordingly as well as kindly address the other issues as explained above.
