   Subject       : Regarding lighting control issue pending and our concern at site.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we would like to put your kind notice that we submitted variation work quotation to support, for lighting control system, it supposed to be nominated or out source by employer themselves as we do not have the instruction for the variation till date.

We are waiting for final decesion from your end and kindly note the impact at site with detail mentioned below.

1.  Contractor submitted 2 nos of quotation wide ref. No CC /AP / 447/17 dated 10.6.2017 for your ready reference and review. Now we are waiting almost 79 for your decision no instruction has been delivered from your end.
2. We cannot start gypsum ceiling at corroder at any floor including your nominated sub contractor like Mekstylo or Destek, 
3. Main contractor cannot provide the clearance to any subcontractor either to our gupsum subcontractor or nominated sub contractor to start the ceiling work.

So, if client holding us at every corner and still supplying the material/decisionl in cuts and pieces as well as many decesion pending as we intimated on very regular basis.

We will not be held responsible for increasing the manpower or complete the project in December.

We cannot make magic to finish every thing will be decided in eleventh hour of the activity completion schedule or after, because we canot break the dependencies between the activities if the relationship based on mandatory sequence.
