Subject        : Regarding Our Intimation for the Submission of PT Anchor Issue at Lower Roof and Pool Deck Level as well as Meetings for PT Work Executed at Lower Roof Level.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that we submitted the proposal and confirmation given by the PT Sub Contractor which have been discussed and reviewed on Aug. 20, 2017 by your structural department and he has given his no objection verbally and kindly note the following:

1. We formally submitted the documents on Aug. 20, 2017 and on Aug. 27, 2017  for official approval thru your good office.

2. On Aug. 25, 2017 (evening) again there was a meeting with Client’s Project Manager and the Consultant’s Asst. Resident Engr. The contractor informed in the meeting that we are completing the work as a verbal confirmation based on the PT sub contractor modified designed/ reviewed,  as Client’s Project Manager instructed to take the chance of DM Approval to avoid the further delay and time required for DM submission.

So, we completed the slab work as per PT designer revised drawing and confirmation with their under taking letter.

Meantime, we want to inform you that DM will clear our slab hopefully in case of any rejection the drawing need to be submitted to Dubai Municipality.
