Subject        : Regarding inspection by the client on internal lighting two-way on/off      switch issue and guest room entrance door light.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, we have prepared the wiring along with live circuit to how the on/off switch mechanism with intermediate switch and isolate one light point at the entrance connected with door contact as per revised instruction issued by client during last inspection.

The client approved the two-way circuit which can be operated at both sides of the bed and can be on/off simultaneously from the main two-way switch at the guest room entrance as well as from point near door.

Furthermore one additional light to be fixed at the guest room entrance lobby and connected with door contact and same will be operated with GRMS circuit.

So, we are submitting the approved circuit layout which is checked by client for the function and approved by them.

This is for your kind information that we are following the same circuit diagram for your reference and kindly confirm with the client that this concept is acceptable and we also need your confirmation to proceed the work.

Therefore the temporary switch socket and light arrangement is available at room no. 03 second floor. Kindly inspect and give your clearance.

We will start closing drywall partition after receiving GI boxes for media-hub which will be supplied by client and which is still awaited.
